About Shipping

1. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment. When your order has shipped, a shipping notification will be sent to your email.
*Please note that we are unable to cancel shipped orders. We cannot retrieve the parcel once we have forwarded it to the courier company.


2. Please ensure all the shipping information you provide us is correct. We are not responsible for any package damage, loss, or delay caused by incorrect shipping information customers provide or caused by the shipping carrier during the transportation.

3. Our couriers only accept shipments to valid street addresses. They do not ship to P.O. boxes. Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

4. After receiving the logistics tracking number, if you haven't received the package within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact customer service for assistance within 60 calendar days. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

5.Free shipping for 3D scanners and accessories is subject to shipping charges based on size and weight.

Notes:
1. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will email you.

 
2. In case of any address changes, please contact the local carrier first. If your local logistics agency refuses your request, please send messages to customer@revopoint3d.com.

 
Process of Address Change: (Customer) Sending new address to customer@revopoint3d.com→ (Revopoint) Providing Payment Link for address change → (Customer) Pay & providing order number → (Revopoint) Contacting logistics agency to change address
1) The address changed must be in the same country as the one you provided when placing your order, as our logistics agencies do not support cross-border address changes.
2) Address Change Fee: The fee for changing an address typically varies from US$15 to US$50.
